RUFNEK:21 is a California-born, Arizona-based creative powerhouse with over 30 years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, and apparel branding. As founder of SLAM Grafix Screen Printing and Apparel Studio, he’s built a legacy of transforming raw ideas into bold, culture-rich designs that speak across generations.
For the past 12 years, RUFNEK:21 has been the core creative force within NABI NATION, helping grow the brand, expand the collection, and sharpen the vision year after year. His design aesthetic pulls from the golden era of the 90s, Y2K energy, graffiti, and streetwear fashion culture — but always grounded in deep respect for all nations, cultures, and their communities.
One of his favorite parts of the journey is working alongside the NABI team to craft the annual color palette and shape a cohesive collection of graphics, themes, and styles. Every year a new collection is presented at the NABI Tournament under the NABI NATION by RUFNEK:21 collaboration. He continues to bring new products, new ideas, and new ways to tell the story.
